Don't have any transportation?

I'm 13 my mom has a car and all but lately she's been working early shifts and just comes home, eats, then plops down on the couch, and watches tv. When I asked if I could go somewhere she said she didn't want to go to any stores. The suns setting right now so if I go out for a walk it'll get dark pretty soon so i'll be walking in the dark which my mom doesn't like. And I of course don't have a car.
