Is it possible for a cat to get an infection from being raped?

my cat was on my front porch late last night & then she started freaking out & i heard another cat (must've been a stray) making those weird mating noises? my cat is spayed & has been for over four years so i don't know why this even happend....now she has this huge sore next to her girly parts & she smells horrible! like yuck infection smell...right after it happened she couldn't sit down on her bottom, just kind of plopped over to lay down & she still won't leave my room, she really does act like she's traumatized?...i don't have the money to take her to the vet until next week..if i'm just keeping it cleaned & putting peroxide on it for the infection will it just go away? sorry i know this is gross, but i had no idea this kind of stuff even happened!!!
