How to keep pigeons at bay?

Hi all! My neighbor has taken around 10 pigeons as pets. The problem is they don't keep them in cages so they keep dumping onto my house. I came to talk to them and they refused to listen and even threatened me. I'm convinced they are criminals but that's beside the point. So are there any ways to keep the pigeons at bay without harming them? They are particularly stubborn I'm telling you. Please help me with an effective method. Thank you very much for reading!
