My pigeon lost a toe nail..Will it grow back?

Awwwww, Gimpi. You'll have to wait & see. If the nail-bed is damaged it may not grow back but usually captive pet birds get along just fine if they are missing a nail (or even a toe!). Just accommodate her if necessary----making changes to food/water/perching/roosting areas for easy access.
