Foundation keeps SMEARING/rubbing off?

It sounds to me that maybe you're trying way to hard for it not to fall. Even though you are using great quality products, they may not be good together. How about trying just wearing foundation and that's it? I use bare minerals and I have oily skin but it doesn't rub off, and a couple hours later when I notice i just retouch. Also, trying using lighter foundations or for your skin type, not only what you hear is good.
