30 weeks and my two year old jumped on my stomach?

i was laying on the couch and she was standing on the couch beside me and plopped down hard on my stomach, the baby is still moving but ive been having cramping off and on no bleeding or change in discharge though am i being paranoid or should i go in to the doctor
