Hi,how can i tell my neighbor/friend something.?

With out her taking it the wrong way!.i dont like the fact that she comes over and plops herself on MY Bed.its my bed.(sorry) and yeah she has a bad back.so do i.?i can't take her stupid remarks either about who's bathroom is bigger etc.i don't care about that.or she says her tv is louder.i said so is mine.i just Don't Blast it like she does.so i've been through this kid stuff with her before.and thats why I didnt bother with her bs for 6 months.now were talking again.but she thinks cause shes bigger than me she can rule me and my house.i dont think so.please can anyone please help me out on advice.i do Not want to cause an arguement.what should I say or do?when I see her.oh and sometimes she asks me personal stuff.and I have to lie about my own business.were friends but Not real close.not real friends like real friends should be.we are taking things slowly.(excuse my profile pic.didnt have time to change it.i'm on my phone.).thanks!
