I found a baby pigeon HELP !?

i found it in the street i tried to look for its nest but i couldnt find it , i took it home and put it in a basket with a blanket in a bathroom i have water a seeds for it there , its more than 1 month old because its not PINK at all but its still a little baby and still growing feathers. what else can i do to keep it healthy & strong ? it all grey .
