My Neighbor lets his dog crap on my lawn?

Take a video of them dogs doing the act of pooping in your lawn. Then go to the council and show them the footage. Put the complaints in writting. It will be a good idea to video who was with the dogs. The video will speak for itself.There's another solution if you don't want any arguments, spray cloudy ammonia in your lawn, they will deter those nasty dogs.Cloudy ammonia will surely hurt their noses and won't poop there anymore.
