Should husband sue over his wife waking up in coffin?

fox news said a russian woman woke up in her coffin at her own funeral and had a heart attack when she realized she was in a coffin and people were mourning. i thought those days were gone with bell and alarms in coffins .do most countries just plop the body in a coffin?.. the husband want answer's and is suing..she is officially declared dead again!
