What all do I need to do to file for child support in California?

Ok so my son is 3 1/2 now and his dad has had ZERO involvement with him what-so-ever (Hasnt ever even met him) And now I am filing for child support. I have filled out all the efile papers and printed them out (Riverside County) Now what process begins?? Do I just take them to the court and file them.... and then what?? Do they find him and serve him or do I have to get someone to do that?? Any information will be helpful and appreciated. Thank You!
