What was the name of this online game?

It involved shooting blobs (similar to bubbles) at others and making matching colors. The blobs had little frowny or happy faces depending on whether you matched them with similar colors or not. Very satisfying "plop" noises. About 20-25 levels, including "Fun with Arrows." Fairly goofy. Anyone know this?
